JZMARK will collect and process employee face data (facial geometry vectors) for attendance. I confirm I have the legal right to collect biometric data in my jurisdiction.
GPS location:
Location may be collected during attendance for geo-fencing. Employees will be informed and asked to allow location access.
Camera & device:
Camera access is required for face-based attendance. Device fingerprint may be recorded for registered-device policies. Employees will be informed.
Data retention:
Attendance photos kept 60 days. Face enrollment data kept until employee removal. All data permanently deleted when company account is deleted.
